Abstract
The method of total body autoradiography combined with thinlayer chromatography has been used to follow the distribution of dietary linoleic acid in the neonatal rat. The main bulk of the linoleic acid was stored in brown and white fat as triglycerides. Lesser amounts were found in the skin. Keywords
