Abstract

Tritium-labeled compounds appearing in the venous effluent of isolated blood perfused cat lungs after infusion of [³H]prostaglandin E₁ (PGE₁) appear to be unchanged [³H]PGE₁ and 13,14-dihydro-15-keto-PGE₁. No 15-keto-PGE₁ could be detected in the venous effluent.
