Abstract
Two patients with infected hydronephrosis and one patient with calculus anuria during pregnancy were managed initially by percutaneous nephrostomy. Maintenance of percutaneous diversion allowed continuation of pregnancy to term and effectively preserved renal function. Definite surgical treatment for the obstructive pathology was done electively in the postpartum period. Keywords
