Abstract
Direct observation of 1H and 19F N.M.R. spectra and heteronuclear spin decoupling techniques have been used to determine 1H, 19F, 31P and 77Se chemical shifts in difluorophosphine-oxide, -sulphide and -selenide (OPF2H, SPF2H and SePF2H). The magnitudes and relative signs of all the coupling constants involving these nuclei in these molecules have also been determined. The results are compared with those for difluorophosphine and some of its complexes. Keywords
