Abstract

Tissues of the same type taken from separate animals have a high "total vit. B uniformity" as contrasted with the low uniformity in various tissues from any one animal. This uniformity of material from malignant tumors differing from each other in origin, manner of induction and host spp. suggests that malignant neoplasms may have a similar cellular metabolism and form a common tissue type.
