Abstract
In a report published online by Science this week (www.sciencemag.org/cgi/content/abstract/1076185), researchers finger three tiny molecules known as a-defensins as the long-sought "CD8 antiviral factor" that allows some people with HIV to live for decades without damage to their immune systems. But other researchers who have been digging for answers and have seen the new data say they9re not throwing away their shovels. Keywords
