Abstract
A cDNA clone coding for the major house dust mite allergen Der p 1 was isolated from a lambda gt 11 library. Its sequence correlates with known amino acid sequences of Der p 1 and it produces a fusion protein which reacts with rabbit anti-Der p 1 antiserum. Keywords
