Abstract
Acylselenenyl halides 2(X = Cl, Br) have been generated from RC(O)SeAsPh21 and N-halogenosuccinimide, and the chlorides 2(X = Cl) have been treated with enol silyl ethers to give Se-β-oxoalkyl Selenoesters 5 in good yields.Keywords
