Abstract
The levels of serum ferritin and total body iron of healthy infants were analyzed to evaluate iron status among infants with different feeding regimens. The results showed that the levels of serum ferritin and total body iron were lower in breast‐fed infants than in partially breast‐fed or formula‐fed infants at late infancy and 18 months of age. Keywords
