CMOS video filters using switched capacitor 14MHz circuits

Abstract

Single-stage cascode amplifiers, using 2μ CMOS technology, and employing self-contained video band-switched capacitor LSIs, will be reported. Clock rate is 14MHz. Signal swings of 2V p-p have been achieved with a single 5V supply.
