Abstract
Ultrasound examination is a recognized advanced tool in the diagnosis of many sport-related overuse injuries. This article illustrates a new indication for ultrasound examination: the diagnosis of iliopsoas tendinitis and its treatment by ultrasound-guided local injection of long-acting corticosteroid.Keywords
