Abstract
A modification of the Allen-Doisy test for estrogenic hormone is described. It is based on the intravaginal application of material and is a very sensitive procedure. It was used to study the estrogen content of the blood of [female][female]. Acetone-ether extracts were first employed, but higher values were obtained with the use of pellets made from desiccated blood. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
