Abstract
Das Komplexkation 1 reagiert fast quantitativ mit molekularem Sauerstoff zu 3,5‐Di‐tert‐butylmuconsäureanhydrid 3 und 3,5‐Di‐tert‐butyl‐5‐carboxymethyl‐2‐furanon im Verhältnis 1:1. In der katalytischen Oxygenierung von 2 [Gl. (a)] entsteht 3 in 70% Ausbeute mit Turnoverzahlen von 54. Die Reaktionsweise intradiolspaltender Catechol‐Dioxygenasen läßt sich also mit 1 modellhaft nachvollziehen (dbcH2 3,5‐Di‐tert‐butylcatechol; L‐N4Me2 N,N′‐Dimethyl‐2,11‐diaza[3.3](2,6)pyridinophan). magnified imageKeywords
