Abstract
Verrucarins A and B and verrucarin A acetate, in vivo antileukemic inactive fungal [Myrothecium verrucaria] metabolites, were oxidized with m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid to give verrucarin B-9,10-epoxides which show high in vivo activity against P388 mouse leukemia. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
