Abstract
To the Editor: What appears to be the sixth case of isolated tricuspid stenosis was recently reported in the Journal by Sapirstein and Baker. It may be of interest to report what may well be the seventh case. Shortly before reading the paper I performed an autopsy on a woman who had committed suicide. In 1960 she had been admitted to this hospital for slight cardial, complaints. It was then revealed that she had suffered from "rheumatic fever" in the 1920's, a valvular disease being diagnosed as early as then; in 1960 the heart was enlarged. By stethoscopy and phonocardiography . . .
