Abstract
Analyses of the blood, urine, and tissues of the turtle (Chrysemys picta) are reported. With regard to the N metabolism, these reptiles are intermediate between the reptiles of the arid regions (snakes, lizards) and the mammals; they excrete considerable amounts of both urea and uric acid. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
