Abstract
The aggregation of cadmium-impurity-vacancy dipoles in sodium chloride is shown, from the data of Capelletti and de Benedetti, to follow diffusion-controlled second-order kinetics with an activation energy of 0.90 eV, which equals the migration energy, and with a capture radius in the range 25 to 250 Å.Keywords
