Abstract
Summary The magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) findings in a patient with uterine leiomyosarcoma are reported. MRI provides higher contrast resolution in soft tissues than ultrasonography or CT, and the MRI findings described in this case report suggest that MRI can be used to help differentiate between leiomyosarcoma from myoma. Keywords
