Abstract
There is an interesting duality between the uplink and downlink beamforming problems. We exhibit this duality and use it to show that effective bandwidth results obtained for the uplink translate into effective bandwidth results for the downlink. This duality has been observed in a variety of seemingly different contexts in the literature. Keywords
