Abstract
A quantum field theory for electroweak interaction and gravitational interaction with local scale invariance and local SU(2) ⊗ U(1) gauge invariance is proposed. The requirement of local scale invariance leads to the existence of Weyl's vector meson which absorbs the Higgs particle remaining in the Weinberg-Salam model. Keywords
