Abstract
Very early falls in platelet associated IgG, IgM and C3d were demonstrated following therapy with high dose i.v. Ig and with fresh frozen plasma. The changes in platelet immunoproteins may be a primary event and interference with antibody binding is a possible early mode of action of i.v. IgG.This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
