Abstract
Spermatozoa stored in cultured oviducal cell fluid dialyzed through a membrane with a molecular weight cutoff over 12 000 maintained their motility for a slightly longer period (P < 0.01) compared to those in fluid dialyzed through a lower molecular cutoff membrane. However, spermatozoa were able to maintain their motility longer (P < 0.01) in the medium containing living cells than those in fluid dialyzed through a molecular weight cutoff membrane. Key words: Cock spermatozoa, survival, cultured cells
