Abstract
Laparoscopic mini-laparotomy with manipulation (LAP-MINI) can provide an easy evolution for most surgeons into less invasive techniques. By using Wickham Wheel evaluations of their own and others experience they can readily delineate the physiological and economic impact of any innovation.Keywords
