Abstract
Traumatic chylothorax is an uncommon entity which may be seen with increasing frequency. Several measures have previously been described in management, including drainage, dietary manipulation and thoracic duct ligation. A man given a strict no-fat diet with medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) supplement leading to successful resolution of collateral chylous leakage is presented. This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
