Abstract
By inelastic neutron scattering on small single crystals of YBa2Cu3O7-x, the phonon dispersion curves were investigated up to frequencies v approximately=7 THz. The results were used to adjust the force constants of a lattice dynamical model. This model describes satisfactorily the phonon density of states and the lattice specific heat of this compound. Keywords
