Abstract
A CMOS current-mode winner-take-all circuit is presented. Its operation is discussed and simulation results are reported. The circuit contains both excitatory and inhibitory feedback; as a result, the circuit has higher resolution and speed than an existing current-mode winner-take-all circuit.Keywords
