Abstract
The image deblurring method given by Stroke and Halioua (1972a) for incoherent image forming conditions is shown to be valid for high-resolution images obtained in the scanning transmission electron microscope using a large annular electron detector. Coherent imaging is obtained only in the case of a small detector. Keywords
