Abstract
Polyarteritis nodosa is a rare cause of perirenal hematoma owing to rupture of 1 of the aneurysms. Cases (11) have been reported previously in the literature, including 5 with preoperative angiographic diagnosis. This case, diagnosed angiographically before a successful conservative operation, is the 1st report of a patient who survived 3 yr. The pathology is discussed. This publication has 6 references indexed in Scilit:
