Abstract
Technics for the preparation and freezing of highly purified lymphocyte suspensions are given. Cell recovery was about 75% and viability of recovered cells was as great as that of freshly prepared lymphocytes. No loss or alteration in antigenicity of frozen-thawed lymphocytes occurred as judged by cytotoxicity testing. The availability of frozen lymphocytes sufficiently viable to be employed in cytotoxicity testing should facilitate investigations of human transplantation antigenic systems,.Keywords
