Abstract
This paper describes a program to solve the reconstruction problem of reconstructability analysis. The program can be utilized to solve numerous data analysis problems, and it is available from the author. The program provides potent information on a system in the form of descriptive factors or substates, which can be used to reproduce the system. Algorilhms from previously published papers are presented here in a collective and coherent form and some new techniques are introduced. Keywords
