Abstract
In a previous work [Phys. Rev. Lett. 63, 2108 (1989)] we presented the first experimental evidence for the spontaneous breaking of cubic symmetry in the band structure of epitaxial films of . Qualitative physical arguments were used to relate this effect to the spontaneous ordering of the pseudobinary alloy. We now present a quantitative description of the photoluminescence observed in ordered , using the formalism of quantum statistics.
