Abstract
Levoposition of the right atrial appendage in a 12-day-old infant with complete transposition of the great arteries with an intact ventricular septum was demonstrated by angiogram. Its relevance to balloon septostomy is discussed as the abnormally placed right atrial appendage is displaced to the left and posteriorly into a position normally occupied by the left atrium. Keywords
