Abstract
Recent years have seen some progress in the design of scrodiagnostic tests for the medically important invasive mycoses. This has included the introduction of latex agglutination tests for antigen detection in systemic candidosis and invasive aspergillosis The circulating cytoplasmic antigens of Candida albicans and Asperillus fumigatus have recently been delineated as heat-shock proteins of approproximate molecular weight 90 KD.Keywords
