Abstract
Eighteen goats were immunized with human IgG according to various schedules. From the results a simple, economical and reliable method for the production of goat anti-human-globulin has been defined. It consists of giving two equal doses of 0.5 mg IgG/kg body weight emulsified in Freund's complete adjuvant with 6 weeks between doses. Optimum bleeding time is 3 weeks after the last dose.
