Abstract
The radioactive 125I-labelled neurotoxin of C. botulinum type A, when incubated with rat brain homogenate, is bound selectively to the synaptosome fraction. Intact toxin was liberated from the synaptosome fraction by treatment with Triton X-100, SDS, trypsin or neuraminidase. Keywords
