Abstract
Presented is a case of acute renal failure induced by acetazolamide therapy for glaucoma. The 69-year-old patients recovered rapidly after oral administration of fluids and sodium bicarbonate. This sulfonamide like nephropathy should be differentiated from acetazolamide-related calcium phosphate nephrolithiasis. Keywords
