Abstract
Previous calculations for the deviation from Mathiessen's rule for the electrical resistivity have been extended to higher impurity concentrations. An earlier numerical error is also corrected. Calculations are also presented for the deviations for both electrical and thermal resistivities using exact solutions of the Bolzmann equations for energy-dependent, isotropic electron-phonon scattering. In all cases significant changes in the concentration dependence are predicted when the inelastic impurity scattering is included. Keywords
