Abstract
Terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase was measured in bone marrow samples from 5 patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia in relapse before bone marrow transplantation and serially thereafter. This enzyme seems to be a sensitive marker which can serve as an early indicator of recurrence of the disease. It is not influenced by clinical graft-vs.-host reaction. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
