Abstract
A case of congenital focal glomerular lesions involving cresent formation in only one monozygotic twin is reported. The possible effect of chronic hypotension in the pathogenesis of the leison is discussed, considering the fact that the affected twin was probably the donor in a feto-fetal transfusion syndrome. Keywords
