Abstract
Sixty-five positive thermograms in patients suspected of subclinical varicocele or presenting with clinically palpable varicocele have been analysed. Two distinct patterns of varicocele associated thermograms could be distinguished, herperthermia always exceeding 1 degrees C. A correlation was found between the clinical grade of varicocele and both the extension and the degree of hyperthermia. Keywords
