Abstract
Non-apnoeic oxygen desaturation related to rapid eye movement (REM) sleep in a patient with hypothyroidism, obesity, respiratory failure, and cardiac failure was improved by treatment with nasal continuous positive airway pressure of 10 cm H2O.Keywords
