Abstract
A 4-year-old girl with chickenpox developed acute polyarthritis on the fifth day of her primary illness. The polyarthritis subsided completely within six days and the girl fully recovered. Arthritis as a complication of various viral diseases is well known. Arthritis complicating chickenpox, however, appears to be an extreme rarity, and among the various complications of chickenpox, polyarthritis is one of the rarest.Keywords
