Abstract
Assuming that only the top quark gets a tree-level mass due to electroweak gauge-symmetry breaking, a model is presented where all other known quarks and leptons acquire radiative masses in a hierarchical manner. This is the first such model where the 3×3 charged-current quark mixing matrix is realistically generated without the fine tuning of parameters. Keywords
