Abstract
Nonchromaffin paragangliomas (PGLs) are usually benign, neural-crest-derived, slow-growing tumours of parasympathetic ganglia. Between 10% and 50% of cases are familial and are transmitted as autosomal dominant traits with incomplete and age-dependent penetrance.Keywords
