Abstract
The residues of DDT, chlordane, heptachlor, dieldrin and endrin, resulting from spray applications applied to peaches 40, 30, 20 and 10 days prior to harvest, were studied. DDT and chlordane residues applied within 40 days of harvest could be expected to approach existing tolerances. Endrin and dieldrin sprays left chlorine residues of 0.3 ppm when applied 30 and 40 days before harvest, respectively. The heptachlor residue from a spray applied 20 days before harvest was 0.12 ppm. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
