Abstract
Many-body perturbation theory is used to calculate the total photodetachment cross section of from threshold to 1.1 keV. This nonrelativistic calculation uses the velocity form of the dipole approximation. We include the effects of resonances owing to and excitations. Comparison is made with experiment and other theoretical treatments.
