Abstract

The effect of the exchanges of

ρ

and

ω

on the

KN

and

\bar{K} N

scattering amplitudes is examined with special attention to the question of whether the

ρ

and

ω

exchanges can provide a dynamical mechanism for binding an

s

-wave

\bar{K} N

system in the

T = 0

state.
