Abstract
The feces from mice which were infected intravenously with the mycelial phase of Histoplasma capsulatum are infectious. The fungus was recovered repeatedly from single and pooled samples of stool by mouse passage. The feces were suspended in antibiotic solution prior to injection. Urine and washings of sawdust from the cages gave negative results. Keywords
