Abstract
Inflammatory pseudotumor of the spleen, an extremely rare benign inflammatory mass lesion, which clinically and radiologically mimics a neoplasm, is presented. The case is compared to the two cases previously reported in the literature. Possibilities of etiology and pathogenesis are considered.Keywords
