Abstract

For the exact evaluation of the data of enzyme kinetics, due consideration must be given to the consumption of the substrate with time. The integrated rate equation required, is given by a formula analogous to the Michaelis equation; for this reason it can be calculated similarly by graphical methods. The application of the equation is shown in an example.
